Base - Dubrovnik

1979. The city of Dubrovnik has been added to UNESCO's World Heritage list. Marina "Miho Pracat" (42040' N 18007' E), where is our base, is one of the most beautiful marinas on the Adriatic coast. Located 6 km from Dubrovnik centre, on the source of Ombla river in a deeply indented bay where sea and fresh water mingle, by a former patrician summer residence, which has now been adapted into an attractive small hotel. The marina is open all year around. In the marina there are; Pump station, Self-service grocery store, Restaurant, Caffe bar, Nautical equipment store, Tennis courts, swimming pool, laundry service and Harbour Master office.

BUSINESS HOURS:
The base is opened from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 17:00. Saturday from 8:30 till 20:30. Sunday from 9:00 till 12:00 in case of embarkation.

LOCATION AND ACCESS:
Our base is located in the ACI Marina, 6 km from the city centre. The closest airport is Cilipi International Airport. Ferry lines are available from Dubrovnik to Bari, in Italy, daily. By the port of Gruz there are regular bus connections to other Croatian regions and cities. Buses from marina to the port of Gruz and city run on regular basis from early mornings till late in the night, every 15 minutes .

PROVISIONING:
Provisioning is available upon request according to the proposed list. The order must be placed at least 2 weeks prior to departure. The provisioning order is to be paid locally. Othervise supermarket is opened every day in ACI Marina from 8:00 to 20:00.

BEDDING:
Provided for each charter ( sheets, pillowcases, blankets, pillows).

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Cash, Credit card; Visa, Master, American.

FORMALITIES:
Valid passport compulsory.
No particulary vaccination required.
3 month journey maximum with a passaport.
Charter contract.
Crew list ( needs to be sent 7 days before embarkation).

HOTELS:
Hotel reservations are available upon requst.The hotel is to be paid locally
